The property at Greencroft Gardens was to be refurbished to allow for multiple occupancy apartments along with the construction of an extension of the existing small cellar to a considerably larger basement construction for habitable use.
Building Refurbishment (with basement):
The existing building was to be refurbished from it’s existing condition as a detached domestic property to be converted into a number of domestic apartments. Quorum primarily designed the superstructure for the general refurbishment, with the basement construction scheme following later. Quorum undertook the production of the Basement Impact Assessment and the design of the basement construction, along with site attendance to ensure the construction methodology outlined in our Basement Impact Assessment was adhered to.
